Recording Session
On 4th February 2011 members of the Chorus were invited to Leicester College for a recording session. Read how we got on.
The Chorus will be attending the Convention Cmyru in Llandudno, North Wales on 5th May 2011. We sign in front of the judges at 2.30pm. Visit the Centre’s web site for more information.

The Heart of England Chorus supports LOROS
The Heart of England Chorus chose Leicesters own LOROS charity for it’s Charity of the Year 2011.
On Friday 16th December 2011 Leicester Barbershop Harmony Club (LHBC) held an informal concert at Birstall Social Club, Leicester. Entertainment came from The Heart of England Chorus, Derby A Cappella, Herewood Harmony and the Soclose quartet.
The wives of the members of LBHC ran a raffle and a bucket collection, and, combined with monies donated in lieu of Christmas cards, raised a total of £450.
This was presented to Ian Waterhouse of LOROS at LBHC’s normal Monday evening rehearsal at Birstall Social Club.
